What happens to your meetings.
Where the data lives, who sees each meeting, how long we keep it and how to delete it. No claims you can't check.
Data stored in Brazil
Meetings, transcripts and notes are stored on servers in Brazil (São Paulo and Campinas). Backups go to private storage with no public link.
Encrypted connection
Every access to the dashboard, the extension and the app goes over HTTPS (TLS). Nothing travels in the clear.
Everyone sees their own
Reps see their own meetings. Managers see their team's, following the hierarchy your company sets. Sharing a meeting with someone outside is an explicit action with its own link.
Recording with notice
The bot joins under a clear name and announces that the meeting is being recorded. Anyone who does not agree can ask to stop.
Your meetings don't train AI
Transcription and analysis use AI providers through their business API. Under those providers' terms, data sent through the API is not used to train models. We don't use your meetings for that either.
Retention period
By default we keep meetings for 12 months; your company can change it. After that they are deleted automatically, backups included.
Delete any time
Anyone with permission can delete a meeting right away. If the account is cancelled, all of the company's meetings, recordings and backups are deleted.
Audit trail
Every sensitive action is logged for 1 year: who created, shared, downloaded or deleted, and when. The log keeps the action, never the meeting content.
Corporate sign-in
Sign in with email and password or with your company's Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID), on request. People who leave lose access as soon as they are removed.
Monthly review
A security review runs over the whole system every month, and what it finds goes into the fix queue.
Data protection (LGPD)
Your company is the controller of the meeting data; RED Soluções Digitais is the processor and handles the data only to provide the service. Data subject requests (access, correction, deletion) and your security questionnaires can be sent to comercial@redsolucoesdigitais.com.br.
Certifications
We don't hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification yet. We'd rather say so here than leave it implied. If your security team needs it, we answer your questionnaire item by item.
